Recording: Head Down Baby
Recording: Head Down Baby
Looking for something to help your breech baby settle into the head-down position before birth? If you’re interested in helping yourself relax and accept, and working with your little one to help with the optimal position for birth, you can work with these recordings to position yourself, relax, move, and imagine…
When you purchase this set of recordings, you’ll receive 24-hour access to download a zip file, which you will then have access to on your own devices. The recordings are a little over 45 minutes long.
Track 1 (4:00) is an introduction and explanation track. It also discusses different positions you can use during the longer hypnosis track. Listen to it before using the next tracks, until you’re familiar with them.
Track 2 (24:00) is a long guided relaxation track to help you profoundly relax your body and mind, while using positioning and movement and visualization to help your baby move into and/or maintain the perfect position for labor and birth. Can be used alone or together with Track 3.
Track 3 (15:00) is hypnosis track to help you visualize some positive images. This track can be used with or without Track 2.
Track 4 (1:30) is an optional count out track, to be used with Track 2, Track 3, or both when you desire to come up and out of hypnosis at the end. You can also leave it off if you want to just drift off to sleep at the end of your hypnosis session.

Adding audio files to your iPhone
Apple is very proprietary and doesn’t make it easy! The best way to do it is to go through a computer with iTunes. You can also play the files directly from your Dropbox, but you have fewer options for programming this way.
1. Download the file onto your computer (either from the flash drive or Dropbox—you have to have Dropbox for that part to work). Be sure you select a destination that you can find again!
2. Add your music files: In iTunes, open the File menu and select either "Add File to Library" or "Add Folder to Library," depending on how much you're adding and how you have it stored.
3. Choose the file or folder you're importing and click "Open."
4. Plug your iPhone into your computer. When connected, it will show up in the iTunes sidebar.
5. Copy songs over to your iPhone. If you have your iPhone set to sync with iTunes, just make sure the new files are selected with the check box and set your iPhone to sync. If you don't use syncing, drag the files from your iTunes library over to your iPhone on the sidebar.
6. Disconnect your iPhone to listen to audio files on your device.
7. If you have any trouble, or if you know of a better way, please let us know!
